§ 1 Gegenstand / Subject
ArtTime World Talent Festival ("ArtTime") operates an online platform for managing participation in creative competitions and festivals. These Terms govern the use of the platform by participants, organizers, and judges.
§ 2 Registration and Account
To submit an application, accurate contact details must be provided. The participant is responsible for the security of their application access.
§ 3 Registration Fee and Payment
The registration fee is due after the application has been approved by the organizer. Payment is made by bank transfer according to the details sent by email. The fee is non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
§ 4 Rights to Uploaded Content
The participant guarantees that they hold all necessary rights to uploaded materials (photos, videos, music). ArtTime receives a non-exclusive right to use the uploaded materials for the purposes of running and promoting the festival.
§ 5 Minor Participants
For participants under 16 years of age, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. By submitting an application on behalf of a minor, the adult confirms that they are the parent/guardian and consents to the processing of the child's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
§ 6 Limitation of Liability
ArtTime is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount of the registration fee paid.
§ 7 Governing Law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the organizer's place of business.
